Our Annual Public Meeting - ngā mihi

21 October 2021   /   News & reports

On Tuesday we held our Annual Public Meeting online (and live) for the very first time. Ngā mihi nui / thank you to those who made time in your busy schedules to join us. It was heartwarming that so many of you tuned in from all parts of our rohe to learn about and celebrate our mahi with communities in the past financial year.

We'd also like to extend our gratitude to our Kaumātua Kevin Prime, our kaiwaiata: Sara-Jane Elika, Hemi Pirihi and Paula Pirihi, our MC Audry McLaren, NZSL Interpreters, and our presenters Walter Wells and Peter Tynan. The hui wouldn't have been possible without our behind-the-scenes team from Centre for Social Impact and Foundation North whose technical expertise helped the hui run smoothly - a true team effort!

As promised during the meeting, we have compiled a Q&A of all the questions asked before and during the meeting. If you'd like to download a copy of this you can do so here.

For those who were unable to make it, or if you'd like to watch it back, the meeting was recorded and you can watch it back below.
