Office closing and opening dates
Our last business day before Christmas will be Tuesday 23 December. The office will be closed on Wednesday 24 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 12 January 2026.
Grant payments are scheduled as follows:

| Mon 22 December | Tues 16 December 5pm |
| Friday 23 January | Tues 20 January midday |
Our usual fortnightly grant payments resume from Monday 2nd February 2026 - please submit your documentation by midday Wednesday 28 January 2026.
