Welcome to our first Annual Impact Report

Today we are proud to publish our inaugural Annual Impact Report 2025/26, offering a deeper look at the difference we are helping to enable with communities across Tāmaki Makaurau and Te Tai Tokerau.

Published alongside our Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ending 31 March 2026, the report focuses on the impact of our funding, partnerships and collaborations, and the learning that is shaping our future approach.

Guided by our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework, the report goes beyond funding data to explore the context in which communities are working, the outcomes being achieved, the role partnerships play in creating change, and what we are learning along the way.

The report highlights stories from organisations, communities and whānau across our rohe who are working every day to strengthen wellbeing, resilience and opportunity. It reflects our belief that lasting impact is created through collective effort, trusted relationships and community leadership.

By sharing what we are learning, as well as the difference our investments are helping to support, we aim to strengthen our understanding of impact and continue improving how we work alongside communities to help them thrive.
