Behind every grant there is a story

Support for the communities of today, to shape the communities of tomorrow.

To enhance lives, Foundation North provides funding and support to initiatives large and small to respond to their communities now and for generations to come. In doing so, we support community-based initiatives in Tāmaki Makaurau and Te Tai Tokerau.

We want our funding to support services, initiatives and events that will enhance the lives of people in our communities. We offer grants through our community funding programmes, as well as funds that work in new ways to achieve impact.
